This is a group blog put together by Chris, inspired by Kris, to allow a bunch of nerds and geeks discuss our techniques for trying to lose weight.
Hopefully we will be sharing ideas for workouts, diet tracking, and cooking recipes (and techniques) so even the laziest of us will actually be able to get things done.
For example: I (Chris) want to figure out a way to create a structure that makes it easier to prep food so when it comes time for a meal I have a healthy alternative ready, that keeps me from eating out.
